I have always faced many issues with my hairs and I’m sure it must be same with you at some point, especially in winters (few winter hair and skincare tips). So, I have brought to you my most used and loved Nourishing Hair Masks that will definitely take care of almost all your hair issues.

First of all, you need to know that beautiful hair isn’t a one day or one night process. You have to be consistent with what you use and observe whether it suits you or not. The most basic thing you can do to achieve beautiful and healthy hair, is oiling them consistently; at least once a week.
But sometimes your hair needs much more than basic oiling. It needs some extra love and care. There comes these Nourishing Hair Masks to your rescue.

Yes, I know, you must be thinking there are many products available in market such as Hair serums, oils, shampoos and many more which claims to solve all your hair issues. But are you sure it won’t damage your hair further? Are you sure, all of them are safe and actually made from hair friendly ingredients? I don’t think so!
But for these homemade masks, you can be sure that they are pure and safe for your hairs. So now let’s check them out and see which one is perfect for you!

1. Strawberry and Honey Mask:-

Strawberry is rich in Vitamin C, which makes it great to control the scalp oil and remove the product build up from hairs. And honey is good for softening the hairs and damage reversal.

Few Strawberries
1 Tablespoon of Honey
1 Tablespoon of Coconut or Olive oil

How to:
Mix strawberries, honey and oil in a blender and make a thick Puree of it.
Apply the mask evenly on a bit of damp hair using your fingers or a brush.
Focus on roots and tips and keep it for 20 mins.
Wash off with warm water and Mild Shampoo or you can avoid shampoo if you wish. Your hairs will smell of fresh strawberries.

2. Aloe Vera and Tea tree oil:

This is specially an anti-dandruff mask; dandruff free hair are the healthiest. Aloe Vera gel is very moisturizing and is known to repair damaged and dry hair. 3 Tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel
5 drops of tea tree oil

How to:
Mix Aloe Vera gel, tea tree oil and a few drops of any carrier oil (coconut or olive oil) in a bowl.
Apply the mixture thoroughly in the hairs specially roots and let it sit for half an hour.
Wash off with warm water and if you want you can use a shampoo.

This is a very nourishing hair Masks for dry and damaged hairs as it will smoothen and de-frizz your hair and will also help to cope up with product build up.
Avocados have numerous fats and oils that work very well in improving hair texture. The buttery texture of this fruit gives dry hair the moisturisation it needs! And Eggs as you all may be well aware of, is the best conditioner for hairs.

1/2 ripe Avocado
1 whole Egg
2 tbsp. Castor oil
1 tbsp. Honey
5 drops Rosemary essential oil (optional)

How to:
Add Avocado, honey, egg, castor oil in the blender and make thick paste of it.
Add Rosemary oil to it. You can check the detailed recipe here. Apply the paste evenly on the hairs and let it stay for at least half an hour.
Wash with warm water and mild Shampoo.

4. Oil mask:

This is basically the easiest and my go to option. It’s extremely effective because it includes Olive oil, Castor oil and Black Seed Oil.
Olive oil is very amazing for hairs as it can solve almost all the hair concern. Castor oil is very moisturizing and makes the hair grow like anything. And Black Seed Oil is my super favorite as it’ll make your hair very healthy, shiny and beautiful. Here you can many more benefits of Black Seed Oil.

2 Tablespoon Olive oil
1 Tablespoon Castor oil
5 drops of Black Seed Oil
A bit of Aloe Vera gel (optional)

How to:
Take a small bowl add Olive oil and castor oil, better if its slightly heated.
Then add Black Seed Oil and Aloe Vera gel, if you wish. Mix thoroughly.
Apply the mixture from scalp to tips and massage well.
Keep it on for an hour or two, but I would suggest letting it stay overnight.
Wash off with your regular shampoo.

5. Yogurt Mask and Honey Mask:

Yogurt is full of proteins and helps in controlling the oil scalp by moisturizing it properly. It can be used with many of the natural ingredients to make few very nourishing hair masks. Honey is also known for it amazing softening and healing benefits.

1 Tablespoon Honey
3-4 Tablespoons of Yogurt
1 Tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar

How to:
Mix all the three ingredients that is Honey, Yogurt and Apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
Spread the mixture properly in the hairs from roots to tips.
Leave the mask on for 15 mins and wash off with warm water.
Follow up with a mild shampoo.

So these are few of the best and my favorite Nourishing Hair Masks that will solve all your hair issues from just first or second use. But it doesn’t mean you should just try it on once or twice and forget about it. Beautiful hair needs regular care and a proper masking at least once a week.
